Do I need credits if I use my own key?
No. With your own AI provider key you pay your provider directly, and Opustock charges no credits. Credits apply only to managed inference, where Opustock runs the model for you.
How many credits does one file use?
One XMeta file uses 1 credit, and one XMotion file uses 2 credits.
Where do I buy credits?
Inside your account, after you sign in. Credits are not sold on this page.
What does Pro add over Free?
Higher limits: more requests on your own key, more provider keys, a faster rate limit, larger batches, and advanced tool settings, including XMeta Auto-optimize with AI.
When does an upgrade to Pro take effect?
Right away. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your account moves to Pro and the higher limits apply immediately, no waiting for a billing cycle to start.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan.
Are payments refundable?
Purchases are final and non-refundable. See the terms of service for details.
What happens if a provider fails?
On a paid plan you can save keys for two providers. If a generation fails on the provider you picked, Opustock automatically retries it on your other key for the same model, so one provider outage does not stop your batch.
