Terms of service

The service

Opustock provides batch AI tools for microstock and motion creators, plus a member-controlled Memory store that supported AI clients can access after you authorize them. You can connect your own AI provider key, and Opustock runs those inference requests on your behalf through a server-side proxy.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account.

Your provider keys and costs

When you use your own AI provider key, you pay that provider directly and are bound by their terms. You are responsible for the cost of the inference you run with your key.

Memory and connected AI clients

Memory stores Markdown documents that you or a client you authorize chooses to create. You keep your rights to that content and give Opustock the limited permission needed to store, version, retrieve, and transmit it for the service you request.

A connected AI client acts under its own terms, privacy policy, account settings, and data controls. You are responsible for the instructions you give that client and for reviewing changes it makes. Revoking a connection stops future access to Opustock but does not remove copies already processed by the client.

Do not use Memory to store passwords, API keys, payment-card information, health information, government identifiers, other sensitive personal data, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use.

Writes are versioned and document deletion is soft, so prior content can remain recoverable in your account. Deleting your Opustock account removes your Memory documents and their revision history.

Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans and managed credits are billed through our payment gateway. All payments are final. Subscription fees and credits are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or pro-rated credit for partial billing periods or unused credits. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived, that law still applies. Plan limits and credit balances are enforced by the service.

Welcome credits

Eligible new members receive one grant of 10 welcome credits after verifying their email. Welcome credits expire 14 days after they are granted and are separate from purchased credits, which do not expire with the promotion. We may change or end this promotion where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Opustock to break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate the terms of the AI providers you connect. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Opustock is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time, and you may close your account at any time from your profile settings. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
